I agree with Sara that your body may just be adjusting. Try and watch your salt intake. Sometimes prepared foods that are low in carbs are loaded with sodium. I've realized that I have to stay away from ham because I gain a couple of pounds of water weight when I eat it. Bacon can have the same effect. I recommend that you continue what you are doing, watch the sodium intake (especially if close to TOM), and put the scale away for a week or so. I know how you feel but you just have to keep at it.
