I just came off of a colon cleanse eating all fruit, honestly it was too hard after the second day without protein so I only made it 5 days. it was supposed to be 6 days. I ate well yesterday, under 1000 Cal's, but woke up starving needing to use the rest of my bananas so ate banana pancakes and couple pieces of bacon. Yum! Now just need to motivate to make money! ...and workout somehow today!
