I'm seeking the help of an adrenal fatigue specialist. Had anyone else done this, I wonder.

I've never heard of adrenal fatigue. Is it like chronic fatigue?

My doctor says adrenal fatigue is due to lack of electrolytes. Try having salty broth or bouillon twice a day. Low carb diets cause the body to shed salt.

Lots of fatigue so I will make more of an effort with the sea salt.
