I finally got back to the gym today! Hurray! I have been talking about it for way too long and letting any lame excuse get in the way. Driving there, I hit all green lights and I was thinking to myself that was a sign that I was on the right track. Then, I arrived and found they were hosting Children's Health Day and the place was packed, as was the school next door because of the soccer game. I got to add walking an extra quarter mile to and from the car to my workout!
I am feeling pretty good today and I am hoping to get back there tomorrow.
